You may be connecting to the Internet through a network that has a proxy server set up. In such cases, you may receive an error message when you start mozaBook, related to a proxy setting or to login. mozaBook receives the proxy settings automatically from Windows, but you may have to enter them manually.
To do this, locate the mozaBook icon on your desktop, right-click, then select Properties. In the window that opens, find 'Target', which usually contains the following text: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozaik\mozaBook\mozaBook.exe
Add a space, then add one of the following 'switches':
-proxy_server (e. g. -proxy_server=127.0.0.1:8888, where the address of the Proxy server is: 127.0.0.1:8888).
-proxy_auth (e. g. -proxy_user=user123, where the network user ID of the user to be authorised is user123)
-proxy_password (e. g. -proxy_password=123456, Where the password of the proxy server is: 123456)
Please contact your local system administrator to obtain the necessary server data.
