How to send feedback from mozaBook when the server is not available?

If you encounter an issue while using mozaBook, we recommend sending feedback in mozaBook. However, mozaBook may occasionally not be able to reach the mozaWeb server and may display the following error message:

This action requires access to the mozaWeb server. The server is not accessible at the moment.

In this case, you cannot send Feedback the usual way. But there is a solution! After closing the error message, press Shift + Ctrl + Alt + L on your keyboard. mozaBook will save the log entries to be sent in the Feedback in a zip file to your desktop. A notification window will inform you when this is completed.

Find the mozaBook_xxxxxxxx_xxxxxx_log.zip file on your desktop and email it to support@mozaweb.com , together with a short description of the issue.
